Their songs are jazz- and blues-tinged containing some elements of “new-age”. This is particularly due to their experience coming from the numerous tours abroad. This might be the reason why they didn’t integrated into Ukrainian show-biz structures. Even making certain steps forward in this direction the sisters retain the rights to “bang the door” anytime. However, they feel the situation has been improving. The new audience is being formed – the one perceiving intellectual music. The people are tired of pop “throwaways” and require something different. And this “different” is in the album “Zhovta Kul’baba” (yellow dandelion). This “different” lies in the absence of “play-acting” but in the presence of “attitude” by the artists who give the real revelations to the listeners. Every new album is a new experiment, new style approbation. This applies for the lyrics as well as for the music accompaniment: from acoustic-academic austerity to folk-rock freedom.
